A spacious, four-bedroom home, off-grid on thousands of acres of Ol Maisor wilderness. Family-owned and run, it's a self-catered home built for couples, multi-generational families and groups of friends who want real wilderness without the big fees and formality.

Two ensuite bedrooms sit in the main house, with two more in a separate cottage sharing a bathroom — all with hot showers and flush toilets. The main house opens onto a large verandah overlooking the lawn, a small pool, a dam, and the river beyond.

Main house bedrooms & bathrooms

Two of the rooms are ensuite and in the main house - one has a bath.

Room 1. located in the main house, double room that’s ensuite with a shower. It has one double bed and one single bed. There is space to add another single bed/cot for kids if needed.

Room 2. located in the main house, double room plus a kids bunkbed, that’s ensuite with a shower and bath. There is space to add another single bed/cot for kids if needed.

Cottage bedrooms & bathroom

The other two rooms make up a detached cottage, are smaller and share a bathroom.

Self-catered, we provide:

  • Borehole water (cleaning and washing) & filtered drinking water

  • Solar power, hot water, WiFi

  • Bedding, towels, toilet paper & soap

  • Fully equipped kitchen (4-hob gas oven, fridge/freezer, utensils & crockery)

  • Firewood and a BBQ

  • House cleaner and night guard

All bedding, mosquito nets, towels, toilet paper, soap, firewood & charcoal are provided. 

Extra beds can be added if need be and we have a cot for 0-2yrs and a high chair. Each room will be made up in the morning. The house lady will turn down your nets and curtains in the evenings.

We are happy for you to bring and set up your own extra tents in the garden of the house at an extra fee of 1500/- per person per night. Please note these guests will need to share the house bathrooms.
